Dance Movement Psychotherapy Scotland (DMPS)
DMPS is the 'hub' for dance movement psychotherapy (DMP) services, continuing professional development training and supervision. DMPS offers individual and group DMP sessions to adults and young people experiencing emotional and relationship difficulties. Therapeutic dance/movement projects and Movement Therapy provision is currently in special education, prison and older peoples services. Training includes Active Methods Supervision, Experiential Anatomy and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Studies.
